Strawberry Picking was our idea of how to spend one Sunday afternoon after church! This was at Elliot Farms in Lizella, Georgia, off of the Cherry Blossoms capital, the city of Macon on Highway 80. Aside from the fruit that people picked, they also sold fresh veggies.
It was not the peak strawberry season, but there were still many people with kids who came there to pick their fruits, and the kids obviously had a blast. It was such fun and memorable experiences with my cousins. The strawberries that I picked ended up to be my edible companion at the bath tub few hours later 🙂

Pick your own is a great way to get fruit – as long as you dont eat too many along the way!

Oh I must have overlooked your entry last week at ABC, but this week Amazon’s services are down, so I can’t log on to ABC. So am glad you visited m:)
My goodness you are way ahead of Northern California. We had snow twice this week (I live a 3000 feet though). We pass a strawberry patch on our way to the store, so I know they’re not open yet. So much fun picking your own!!
Thank you Jesh. I guess we just have to check when they will be back up 🙂
The scenery must be splendid from where you live!
